Thin-sheet metal bending

20-ton press & bending setup
Our 20-ton hydraulic shop press supports suitable pressing and small-part bending operations with the appropriate tooling. Send the part drawing and fitting or bending requirements for a setup review.
Part assembly & fit-up
Combine fabricated parts into an assembly with alignment, fit-up and hardware installation agreed in the quote. Provide the assembly drawing, component list and details of the parts and hardware you supply.
Pressure & leak testing
We offer pressure and leak testing for suitable welded parts and assemblies. Provide the test medium, pressure, hold time, acceptance criteria and reporting requirements so we can confirm the test setup and scope.
Digital microscope inspection
Inspect welds, surface details and small features with our computer-connected digital microscope, offering on-screen magnification up to 200× depending on the viewing setup. We can capture still photos and record inspection videos for delivery to customers. For aerospace and medical equipment components, send the drawing, areas to inspect and reporting requirements. This is visual inspection; any additional testing or qualification is agreed separately.
Cleaning & part preparation
Discuss cleaning, deburring and preparation alongside cutting, welding or marking. Tell us about oil, oxidation, coatings and required finish so we can agree on the appropriate process.
